Refund Policy

REFUNDS

In the event of a product return, we refund within 14 days of receipt of the product by us.

We do not accept any refund if the package is delayed before 6 weeks, however, if the package is declared lost by the carrier before this date, we will reimburse the order within 14 days by the payment method used.

After 6 weeks, the package will be considered lost and you can request a refund.

CANCELATION

Cancellation of orders is only possible if you have contacted us no later than 2 hours after your order. In the event of cancellation we reserve the right not to refund transaction fees.

Legal deadline for the right of withdrawal

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay a penalty. After communicating your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal within this 14-day period, you have another 14 days to return the product(s) concerned by the withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to customers outside the European Union.

Contractual withdrawal period

On canvas-paris.com we offer you the possibility of exercising your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the products. You then have another period of 14 days from the communication of your decision to withdraw to return the product(s) concerned to us.

In the event of an order containing several products, placed on canvas-paris.com , the period of 14 days to communicate your decision to withdraw runs from receipt of the last product.

Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal

If you exercise the right of withdrawal, only the price of the product(s) purchased and the shipping costs will be refunded, with the return costs remaining your responsibility.

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing them to be remarketed in new condition, and, if possible, accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice for optimized management. . In the event of depreciation of the product resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the product, you may be held liable.

You can exercise your right of withdrawal by any means and in particular by postal mail or an email to contact@canvas-paris.com expressing your desire to withdraw without any ambiguity, and mentioning the order concerned by this withdrawal.

Once the withdrawal form or declaration has been sent to CanvasParis no later than 14 days following receipt of your order, you must return the product(s) concerned to the address of canvas-paris.com, within a reasonable time and , at the latest, within 14 days from sending the form or declaration of withdrawal.

In accordance with Council Regulation No. 1182/71/EEC of June 3, 1971 determining the rules applicable to deadlines, dates and terms:
1° The day on which the contract is concluded or the day of receipt of the goods is not counted in the period mentioned in article L. 221-18 ;
2° The time limit begins to run at the start of the first hour of the first day and ends at the end of the last hour of the last day of the time limit;
3° If this period expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public or non-working holiday, it is extended until the first following working day.

When the information relating to the right of withdrawal has not been provided to the consumer under the conditions provided for in 2° of Article L. 221-5 , the withdrawal period is extended by twelve months from the expiration of the period. initial withdrawal, determined in accordance with article L. 221-18 .
However, when the provision of this information occurs during this extension, the withdrawal period expires at the end of a period of fourteen days from the day on which the consumer received this information.

The burden of proof of exercising the right of withdrawal under the conditions provided for in Article L. 221-21 rests on the consumer.

Refusal of packages

In the event of a withdrawal, the return costs will be your responsibility and automatically deducted from your refund even if the initial shipping costs were free.

If your refusal follows an anomaly noted on the packaging or your product

25.6 – Reimbursement

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, canvas-paris.com will reimburse the sums paid (including delivery costs) at the latest within 14 days from the date on which CanvasParis is informed of your decision to cancel. withdraw and using the same means of payment as that used for the order (unless you expressly agree to a refund using another means of payment). This reimbursement date may be deferred until recovery of the product or until you have provided proof of shipment of the product, the date chosen being that of the first of these facts. CanvasParis is not required to reimburse you for additional costs if you have expressly chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method offered on canvas-paris.com

CanvasParis is not required to reimburse you for customs fees upon withdrawal. In order to obtain a refund or remission of duty, you must file a request with the customs office or department that notified the debt.

It is however specified, in the event of total or partial payment by gift vouchers, that these cannot be reimbursed either in cash, nor by check, nor by bank card. Reimbursement of purchases made by gift vouchers will be made exclusively in the form of gift vouchers for an amount identical to that paid in this form.

No cash on delivery will be accepted for any reason.

Commandes/EXPEDITION

Quels sont les délais de livraison ? 

Votre commande sera expédiée en moyenne sous 48h à 72h. La livraison quant à elle prendra en moyenne entre 10 à 15 jours ouvrés.

Comment faire si je n'ai pas reçu mon numéro de suivi ?

⚠️ À lire attentivement : Si vous n'avez pas reçu votre numéro de suivi :

A savoir : 2 e-mails automatiques vous seront envoyés après votre commande. 

  • L'e-mail de confirmation de commande (envoyé immédiatement après avoir commandé)                                                                                       
  • L'e-mail de confirmation d'expédition 'envoyé dès que le colis est expédié).

Si vous n'avez reçu aucun de ces deux mails, pensez à vérifier vos courriers indésirables, et pensez à vérifier l'adresse e-mail avec laquelle vous avez passé commande (il pourrait y avoir une erreur dans votre adresse).

Enfin, si vous avez reçu le mai de confirmation de commande, mais pas celui de confirmation d'expédition, il s'agit alors d'un léger retard de notre part dont nous sommes désolés. Nous faisons notre possible pour que vos colis soient expédiés en 48h. 

Où est situé votre entreprise ?

Y a-t-il des différences de couleur par rapport aux photos ?

Il peut y avoir une légère différence de couleurs due à la luminosité et au placement du produit sur la photo. La qualité des tableaux n'en demeure pas des moindres comme indiqués dans la description du produit concernant la composition matériau.

Comment suivre sa commande ?

Vous recevrez un lien de suivi par mail à la suite de l’expédition.

Livrez-vous dans mon pays?

Nous expédions à l'international. Veuillez noter que des frais de douane peuvent s'appliquer selon votre pays de livraison.

Où sont produits nos tableaux?

Nos tableaux sont fabriqués en Chine, bénéficiant de l'expertise artisanale séculaire, des technologies de pointe et des contrôles de qualité rigoureux, garantissant une excellente qualité à des prix compétitifs.

Est-ce possible de retourner un article ?

Notre priorité est votre entière satisfaction avec votre tableau. Vous disposez d'un délai de rétractation de 14 jours, sans justification ni frais supplémentaires, hormis les frais de retour. Pour toute demande, contactez-nous à contact@canvas-paris.com

Comment se passent les retours et les remboursements ?

Vous pouvez renvoyer votre colis jusqu'à 14 jours après la réception. Nous vous en ferons le remboursement, l'échange ou vous proposerons un autre produit avec une possibilité de rabais si vous le souhaitez. Je constate que ma commande est arrivée endommagée.

Dans ce cas, veuillez simplement nous envoyer une photo du problème, et nous vous réexpédierons le tableau.

Est-il possible d'annuler ma commande?

Oui, vous avez la possibilité d'annuler votre commande dans un délai d'une heure après l'achat.

Je constate une erreur sur ma commande.

Dans ce cas, nous vous réexpédierons le produit ou procéderons à un remboursement si nécessaire.
